UKIYO, HOUSE RENOVATION

Ukiyo was a 70’s pebble dashed building that needed complete renovation. The client instructed designer Kathryn Tyler of Linea Studio’s to reconfigure the exterior/interior, Gekko Designs were appointed as main contractors.

The brief was for a highly detailed finish.

The project included:

Installation of wood fibre insulation.

Cladding (manufactured by ourselves).

Re-configuring of rooms, including supply and installation of wood/glass panelling partitions.

Manufacture of unique full height doors.

Plaster of walls in one off mix.

Window seat and window surrounds.

Unique bath surround.
